Nova Furnishing - Complaint on service
Bought sofa on 9 Apr 2017 supposed to deliver on 29 Apr but the delivery was postponed to 6 May and no one informed you well in advance. Sofa didn't turn up on the 6 May and was told that the warehouse was on fire then postponed to 19 May. Finally got the sofa on 19 May but it was spoilt one. Please do not buy any thing from Nova promised you a lot of things but never delivered- no responsibility
